3. Terms such as "BB", "pot", "stake" and "win rate" on this site are abstract units and terminology used in calculation and research. They do not represent or correspond to any currency or property.

What membership includes: the Monthly and Annual plans currently on sale cover the Squid Value Calculator module only (table, custom rules, value tables and export) and its updates and improvements during your membership. Other modules or products launched in future (for example preflop ranges) are not included; they will be priced and sold separately. Whether existing members receive a discount will be announced at the time, and the site makes no commitment.
2. Refunds: membership is a digital product delivered online. Under Article 25 of the PRC Consumer Protection Law and related rules, such products are excluded from the seven-day no-questions-asked return right. By ticking the agreement box before paying you confirm that you understand and accept that once activated, membership cannot be refunded, transferred or converted to cash. Please try the free plan thoroughly before buying.
3. What we will handle: if a system fault causes a duplicate charge, the extra amount is refunded in full; if payment succeeded but activation failed, we will verify the order and activate it, or refund in full if activation is impossible. Please keep your payment receipt and order number.
4. Prices may change; changes do not affect membership time you have already purchased. A redeemed activation code is likewise deemed delivered and is subject to this section.
1. Size Hunter is a Windows desktop application sold as a one-time lifetime license. On successful payment the license is activated automatically, you can download the software and generate activation codes under My account, and the product is deemed delivered.
2. Prerequisite: the software works together with a PioSOLVER 2 or 3 that you have purchased and activated yourself. The site does not provide or sell PioSOLVER. Confirm that your PioSOLVER works before buying. Inability to use the software because you have no working PioSOLVER, insufficient hardware or environment problems is not grounds for a refund.
3. Device limit: one license may be bound to 2 computers at the same time, each with its own activation code. To move to a new computer, unbind the old one first; at most 2 rebinds are allowed per 12 months. The license is for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, resold or shared.
4. Updates: the license includes the current version and subsequent fixes and improvements, downloadable at any time from your account page. The site makes no commitment to specific features or timelines; whether a new paid version is released will be announced at the time.
5. Refunds: the software is a digital product delivered online and section 3, paragraphs 2 and 3 apply: no refund, transfer or cash conversion after payment; duplicate charges and failed activations are handled under section 3, paragraph 3.
6. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or crack the software, remove or bypass its license check, or distribute the software or activation codes. Violations entitle the site to revoke the license without refund and to pursue legal remedies.
1. Calculations are based on mathematical models and a set of assumptions. Models contain error and may change between versions. No correspondence with any real situation, and no gain or outcome, is guaranteed.
2. Results are for study and research reference only and do not constitute advice of any kind. Any decision you make based on this site, and its consequences, are your own responsibility.
3. The site aims to keep the service stable but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, network or third-party causes is not a breach; if a single outage exceeds 24 hours, affected members' membership time will be extended accordingly.
1. An account is for the registrant's personal use only and may not be lent, rented, transferred, sold or shared. One account may stay signed in on at most 2 devices at a time; beyond that, the earliest session is signed out automatically.
2. Without written permission you may not use automated means (scripts, crawlers and the like) to bulk-collect data from the site, reverse engineer, crack or mirror the site, or use its results, value tables or exported files for resale, public distribution or building a similar product.
3. Breaches of this section entitle the site to restrict features and suspend the account without refund, and to pursue legal remedies.
The site's models, algorithms, data, page design, text and graphic marks are the intellectual property of the site. Membership grants the right to use the service during its term; it does not include ownership of, or a licence to, any of the above.
The site collects only what is needed to provide the service: username, password (stored encrypted), membership status, usage and order records, and an anonymous identifier for visit statistics. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; the site never sees or stores your card or payment account details. Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
1. These terms may be updated. Updates are published on this page with a new version number. Continuing to use the site or making a further purchase after an update constitutes acceptance; the version you agreed to at each purchase is recorded with the order.
